Lots of things are different these days, but we're treating this as a chance to rethink local music stores.
Everyone knows shopping local is best for any community, but that usually means brick & mortar establishments with staff that have lots of overhead.
We're going to try something a little different - perhaps it can work for you...
Give it a try and follow the steps listed here to get what you need:
Yes, there's Amazon, and any number of other online retailers with online 'shopping carts'. The cost of maintaining those websites drives up the cost of doing business which gets passed on to the customer. Send us an email with model numbers and brands - or links to the item from those other sites - and we'll try to source what you need.
Why not call on the phone you might ask?
If we can get what you need, then we'll send a quote along in our email reply letting you know what your total cost would be if buying through us. We can also give you a ballpark estimate of the time it would take to get it to you based on the location of our vendors throughout the country.
If everything looks good and you want to move forward with ordering the items as quoted, we'll move you on to Step 4. After the invoice is paid, we'll order your stuff.
We happily use Square for our payment processing. They have a convenient invoice feature that allows us to send you a secure invoice for paying via email.
After the invoice has been paid and your items have arrived here at the studio, we can set up an appointment for pickup or we can drop your items at your door for an additional fee.
Give it a try the next time you need something for you or your student musician - you might like it.
